Thank you for Volunteering!

Coffee Hour after church is a wonderful time of fellowship and socializing for the people who have attended service that day.  Some people appreciate it more than the worship service itself as they have time to catch up with friends and acquaint themselves with new people of the congregation. Here at Scarborough we have a wonderful tradition of fellowship and hospitality.  Hosting the coffee hour is a wonderful part of that tradition.  Most Coffee Hours include coffee (except in summer) and juice for the kids.  Beyond that it is anything you want to bring.  Paper plates, cups and cutlery are supplied  (coffee too!).  The week before your time please check with Flo about supplies by calling the church office (941-1142).

If you are uncomfortable doing this alone or it is your first time please note that in the "special request" box when you sign up and we will be sure to have someone from the Congregational Life Committee help you on your Sunday.

In order to volunteer please check the schedule below.  The open dates are the ones available.  Pick one of those and fill in the information on the right and submit.  You will be sent an email to confirm the date and a reminder the Wednesday before the Sunday for which you have volunteered.
